The Role
We are looking for a passionate and resilient Learning Mentor to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting children who have been removed from mainstream education due to various challenges. As a Learning Mentor, you will provide both academic support and emotional guidance, helping young people overcome personal obstacles and develop positive coping strategies. This role is carried out in our Centre as well as community outreach.
If you have experience working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour and are skilled in behaviour management, mentoring, and communication, we’d love to hear from you.

- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt to different situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to working with young people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
